TENDER DESCRIPTION

Medicines are to be procured for the treatment of HIV-infected patients in the hospital. FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT – with a validity period of 24 months from the date the framework agreement is awarded. The contracting authority reserves the right to unilaterally terminate this contract/framework agreement/subsequent contract, by written notice, without any compensation, from the date on which the subsequent contracts/framework agreements concluded by the Ministry of Health, as a centralized purchasing unit, are concluded. In this case, the supplier is entitled to claim only the payment corresponding to the part of the contract/framework agreement/subsequent contract performed up to the date of the unilateral termination of this contract. The number of days within which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/applications is 10 days. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications on the 7th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
