TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is medical consumables, in accordance with the technical specifications set out in the Cost Estimate (Troškovnik) and pursuant to this procurement documentation. The subject of procurement shall be delivered successively, upon the Purchaser’s request for delivery, and shall be delivered to the delivery locations, in accordance with the Bidder’s offer, within a period that may not exceed 5 calendar days from the date the delivery request is sent. By the final deadline for performance, all contractual obligations of the Contractor must be fulfilled. Goods shall be deemed delivered and the Contractor’s contractual obligation fulfilled at the moment the goods are handed over and the accompanying procurement documentation has been properly prepared and provided to the Purchaser. The start of delivery is determined by the Public Procurement Contract. The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months. The Purchaser has entered into Contracts for the procurement of the subject goods for a period up to 12.1.2027.
