TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is medical consumables, in accordance with the technical specifications set out in the Schedule of Costs and with this procurement documentation. The subject of procurement shall be delivered successively, at the request of the Contracting Authority for delivery, to the delivery locations, in accordance with the bidder’s offer, within a period that may not be longer than 5 calendar days from the date of dispatch of the Contracting Authority’s delivery request. By the final deadline for performance, all contractual obligations of the Contractor must be fulfilled. The goods shall be deemed delivered and the contractual obligation shall be deemed performed at the moment the goods are handed over and the accompanying procurement documentation has been duly arranged and submitted to the Contracting Authority. The start of delivery is determined by the Public Procurement Contract. The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months. The Contracting Authority has concluded contracts for the procurement of the subject goods for a duration up to 12.1.2027.
