TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is medical consumables, in accordance with the technical specifications listed in the Cost Schedule (Troškovnik) and in accordance with this procurement documentation. The subject of procurement is delivered successively, upon the Contracting Authority’s delivery request, and delivered to the delivery locations, in accordance with the Supplier’s bid, within a period that may not be longer than 5 calendar days from the date of sending the delivery request. By the final deadline for performance, all contractual obligations of the Contractor must have been fulfilled. The goods shall be deemed delivered and the Contractual obligation shall be deemed fulfilled at the moment when the goods are handed over and the relevant accompanying procurement documentation arranged with the Contracting Authority is provided. The start of delivery is determined by the Public Procurement Contract. The Contract is concluded for a period of 12 months. The Contracting Authority has concluded Contracts for the procurement of the subject goods for a duration of up to 12.1.2027.
