TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the services to be provided is the contracting authority’s media management, i.e. all activities associated with procurement, administration, maintenance, logistics, technology and services, as well as the use of the media used by the contracting authority. This includes in particular: • personal consultation of the contracting authority, • provision and operation of an online platform for professional information management (administration portal), • provision and operation of an online database incl. the procurement of licences for a legal information advisory system, • delivery of media and professional media and • delivery of specialist literature for trainees. The contracting authority is a statutory health insurance fund that operates flexibly in the market. Therefore, the services must also be provided for any future additional locations under the same conditions. The delivery of brochures, flyers and comparable media that are not publishing products is not the subject of the contract.
