TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the services to be provided is the contracting authority’s media management, i.e. all activities associated with the procurement, administration, maintenance, logistics, technology and services, as well as the use of the media used by the contracting authority. This includes in particular: • the personal consultation of the contracting authority, • the provision and operation of an online platform for specialist information management (administration portal), • the provision and operation of an online database incl. the procurement of licences for a legal advisory information system, • the delivery of media and specialist media, and • the delivery of specialist literature for trainees. The contracting authority is a statutory health insurance fund that operates flexibly in the market. Therefore, the services must also be provided for any future additional locations under the same conditions. The delivery of brochures, flyers and comparable media that are not publishing products is not the subject of the services.
