TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Lausitz Science Park (LSP) is divided into a total of five sub-projects that are closely connected to each other technically and functionally and, as a whole, form a single project. The tendered planning services are part of the overarching media planning for the development and provision/infrastructure development of the Lausitz Science Park. To ensure an appropriate award and to be friendly to small and medium-sized enterprises, the media planning has been divided into two independent parts (Part 1 and Part 2). This tender constitutes Part 1. The division of the overall scope into independent service areas is carried out with due regard to Section 97(4) of the GWB, according to which the interests of small and medium-sized enterprises in the award of public contracts must primarily be taken into account. This division in particular enables medium-sized planning offices to participate in the respective tender procedures.
