TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Lausitz Science Park (LSP) is divided into a total of five sub-projects that are closely linked to one another technically and functionally and, in their entirety, form a single coherent project. The planning services being tendered are part of the overarching media planning for the development and servicing of the Lausitz Science Park. For a proper and SME-friendly award, the media planning has been divided into two separate parts (Part 1 and Part 2). This tender is for Part 2. The division of the overall scope into independent service areas is carried out taking into account Section 97(4) of the GWB, according to which the interests of SMEs in the award of public contracts are primarily to be taken into consideration. This division, in particular, provides planning firms with the opportunity to participate in the respective tender procedures. The subject matter of media planning Part 2 is, in particular, the planning of all electrical power supply, including the high-voltage, medium-voltage and low-voltage grids as well as the cabling/infrastructure for information technology systems within the development area of the Lausitz Science Park.
