TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Lausitz Science Park (LSP) is divided into a total of five sub-projects that are closely linked to one another technically and functionally and, taken together, form a coherent project. The planning services being tendered are part of the overarching media planning for the development and servicing of the Lausitz Science Park. In order to ensure a proper award procedure that is friendly to small and medium-sized enterprises, the media planning was divided into two independent parts (Part 1 and Part 2). The present tender constitutes Part 2. The division of the overall scope into independent service areas is carried out taking into account Section 97(4) of the GWB, according to which the interests of small and medium-sized enterprises must be given particular consideration in the award of public contracts. This division in particular enables medium-sized planning offices to participate in the respective procurement procedures.
