TENDER DESCRIPTION
Universitätsklinikum Heidelberg is building, in cooperation with the DKFZ, a Children’s Tumour Centre on the campus of Universitätsklinikum Heidelberg and would like to equip 11 different rooms (5 room types) with media technology. This includes offices for the directorate, meeting rooms, special rooms for tumour boards, and a large conference room that can be divided into two sections. Depending on the room type, the media-technical equipment comprises either smaller single-display systems or larger AVoIP systems with special requirements for tumour boards. The contract includes workshop and installation planning, delivery, installation and commissioning of the media-technical systems, including the media furniture and the integration of provided equipment, as well as instruction and training on the systems and their components.
