TENDER DESCRIPTION

Universitätsklinikum Heidelberg is building, in cooperation with DKFZ, a Children’s Tumor Center on the campus of the Universitätsklinikum and would like to equip 11 different rooms (5 room types) with media technology. This includes offices for the directorate, meeting rooms, special rooms for tumor boards, as well as a large conference room that can be divided into two parts. The media technology equipment includes, depending on the room type, smaller single-display systems or larger AVoIP systems with special requirements for tumor boards. The contract includes workshop and installation planning, delivery, installation and commissioning of the media technology systems including the media furniture and the integration of supplied equipment, as well as instruction and training on the systems and their components.
