TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement procedure organised by the Contracting Authority has as its object the supply of "Culture media, reagents for analysis and diagnostic kits II" required by the Medical Analysis Laboratory within the Clinical Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology „Cuza Voda” Iași. The nature, quantity and delivery of the products for this lot are detailed in the specification + Annex to the Specification. Estimated calendar (the frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded): Subordinate contracts will be concluded in cascade depending on needs and the financial provisions allocated for this purpose: monthly / half-yearly / quarterly / annually. In the event that the economic operator signing this framework agreement ranked in position 1 does not have the capacity to fully meet the request (inability to ensure the entire quantity requested, failure to comply with the assumed conditions regarding quality, delivery time, price, validity, etc.), the contracting authority will send requests to the occupant of position 2, and in case of refusal / failure to respond also on its part, to the occupant of position 3 (when the framework agreement is signed with 3 economic operators),…
