TENDER DESCRIPTION

By concluding a framework agreement, to provide operational support and consultancy for the medical and related systems operating at Semmelweis University. The framework agreement shall remain in force for 24 months from the date it enters into force, or until the framework amount is exhausted. Framework amount: net HUF 85,000,000. At the Contracting Authority, a hybrid system runs, consisting of the character-based MedSolution and the web-based e-MedSolution IT system, with the necessary sub-systems, interfaces, database management and middleware components. The number of users of the MedSolution / e-MedSolution system exceeds 4,000 named users. The maximum number of concurrent users is 1,200 persons. Pursuant to Article 2/A. (1) of Government Decree 29/2022. (I. 31.) on central health IT services, the MedSolution / e-MedSolution system is a hospital information system provided as a public service by the ESZFK (Egészséginformatikai Szolgáltató és Fejlesztési Központ), which the Contracting Authority is obliged to use under the applicable legislation.
