TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) For the refurbishment of the patient rooms and bed stations on floors 1 to 3 of Artemed Klinikums München Süd, installation work for medical gas systems is being procured. The services include in particular: 2,450 m of Cu pipes DN 8-15; 180 m of Cu pipes DN 22-54; 215 extraction points Air5 and O#; 3 units of area control and shut-off boxes; dismantling and deconstruction work on existing systems. b) For this project, in order to shorten the submission period in accordance with Section 12 EU Para. 1 No. 2 VOB/A, a prior information notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (TED - Tenders Electronic Daily) under publication number 566614-2026 on 17 August 2026. The subject of this procurement procedure are the medical gases / systems for the supply of medical gases designated in the prior information notice under point 5.1, Lot: LOT-0015. c) The contracting authority intends, as part of the comprehensive refurbishment of the patient rooms and bed stations on floors 1 to 3 of Artemed Klinikums München Süd, to award several construction contracts for various trades.
