TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) For the refurbishment of the patient rooms and bed stations on floors 1 to 3 of the Artemed Klinik München Süd, installation work for medical gas supply systems is being procured. The services include in particular: 2,450 m Cu pipes DN 8-15; 180 m Cu pipes DN 22-54; 215 units of extraction points Air5 and O#; 3 units of area control and shut-off boxes; dismantling and decommissioning of existing systems. b) For the project, for the purpose of shortening the tender submission period pursuant to § 12 EU subsec. 1 no. 2 VOB/A, a prior information notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (TED - Tenders Electronic Daily) under publication number 566614-2026 on 17 August 2026. The subject matter of this procurement procedure are the Medical gases / systems for the supply of medical gases designated as Lot LOT-0015 under section 5.1 in the prior information notice. c) The contracting authority intends to award, as part of the comprehensive refurbishment of the patient rooms and bed stations on floors 1 to 3 of the Artemed Klinik München Süd, several construction contracts for various trades.
