TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the LAB NI, contractors are to be tendered and awarded the medical care in the form of a first aid station and medical care analogous to general practitioner care as well as the conduction of initial examinations (Lot 1) and the social services including violence protection coordination and leisure educational offer (Lot 2) at the Osnabrück location. The Osnabrück location is situated in the well-connected Westerberg district of the city of Osnabrück. The facility is connected to public local transport and can be reached directly from the train station and the city center. On the property, besides the LAB NI, there is the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) as well as two independent procedural counselling services. Individual services such as security service, medical care through the first aid station, social services, catering, and cleaning are provided by external contractors. On the property, there is an accommodation building with a protected area for women, a large modern canteen, a first aid station with an initial examination area, and a sports hall.
