TENDER DESCRIPTION

For LAB NI, the contractors are to be commissioned to provide medical care in the form of a medical station and medical care analogous to general practitioner care as well as conducting initial examinations (Lot 1) and social services including violence protection coordination and leisure education offerings (Lot 2) at the Osnabrück location. The Osnabrück location is situated in the well-connected Westerberg district of the city of Osnabrück. The facility is connected to public transport and can be reached directly from the train station and city centre. On the premises, alongside LAB NI, are the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) as well as two independent procedural counseling services. Individual services such as the security service, medical care through the medical station, social services, catering, and cleaning are provided by external contractors. On the premises there is an accommodation building with a women's shelter area, a large modern canteen, a medical station with initial examination area, and a sports hall.
