TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the conclusion of a contract for the medical care of up to 1,200 refugees at the Büdingen site of the initial reception facility of the State of Hesse. The occupancy is influenced by the current refugee situation and by decisions on world politics and therefore cannot be reliably forecast. After award, the contractor is therefore obliged to request the respective current occupancy figures from the contracting authority. The occupancy figures stated above constitute a forecast and determine neither a minimum call-off quantity nor a maximum requirement. The scope of services includes, among other things: - Provision of non-medical specialist staff. The contractor is required to ensure on-site medical care from Monday to Friday, between 06:00 and 18:00. Other times, within the scope contractually regulated, may be agreed—after consultation with Dept. 76 of the contracting authority.
