TENDER DESCRIPTION

The aim is to ensure future-proof, cost-effective and user-oriented medical-technical care, taking into account medical processes, functional requirements and current technical standards. First, the new buildings (including any required temporary facilities) will be equipped, and then the existing buildings. The functional areas of the two new buildings and the existing building conversion measures are to be found in the tender documents. It is pointed out that the planning is currently still in an ongoing process of coordination and development, and therefore changes may be reserved during the course of the procedure. Upon award of the contract, first the services of service level 1, i.e. the services for basic information gathering, preliminary planning, design planning, and approval planning for the children’s hospital, the extension building as well as for the measures in buildings 20, 20A and 20B, will be commissioned.
