The subject of these specifications is all ETICS work, including all necessary preparatory, ancillary and follow-up work in the outdoor areas. The ETICS work shall be carried out in accordance with the construction progress. The property is located on the eastern edge of Baunach. It is accessed via Bahnhofstraße. The site is bounded to the north by Baunach railway station, to the northwest by Bahnhofstraße, to the east by the railway line and to the south by the sports ground.
