TENDER DESCRIPTION

In this request for tender, a price is requested for the partial demolition contract for a storage building located at Juustomestarinkatu in Laitila. There is a valid demolition permit for the demolition work. The demolition contract includes demolition work, as well as landscaping of the demolition area after the contract. In addition to the site management obligations included in the contract, construction-technical and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and plumbing and electrical works are included, in accordance with the attached documents.
