Key services also include the moderation of groups and interviews, comprehensive analysis of the collected data, and the creation of detailed chart reports featuring graphics and summaries of the main findings. The contractor must provide the results in German and present them in a fully labeled, SPSS-readable dataset. Upon request, anonymized transcripts must be prepared.

The contractor is also expected to test new survey methods through methods experiments, reporting on the results and discussing potential opportunities and risks with the client. The contractor is required to propose time or cost savings through the use of Artificial Intelligence where applicable. Furthermore, accessibility requirements for all digital communication media and PDF documents delivered to the client must be met, adhering to standards like DIN EN 301 549 (Section 10) and PDF/UA-Standard DIN ISO 14289-1 for PDF documents.

Core deliverables include offers and concepts, invoices, pre-test results, methodology reports, secondary analyses, and table volumes prepared with machine-readable metadata. The contractor is also obligated to leverage experience from other activities and provide existing research material to the client, where legally permissible.
