TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division (Kymp), requests your tender for the maintenance framework contract for general streets and green areas located for the most part in the district of Mellunkylä as well as partly in the districts of Malmi and Vartiokylä. The service includes, among other things, winter maintenance of the areas, cleaning and tidiness, maintenance and repairs of structures, maintenance and repairs of equipment and furnishings, maintenance and repairs of vegetation, and other tasks to the extent set out in the tender request’s annex documents. In addition to the maintenance and repair work mentioned in the list of documents, the maintenance framework contract includes the contractor’s site management obligations and site services. The contracting authority requires that the tenderer has familiarised itself with the area and its conditions before submitting its tender. The area is an open and public area, so tenderers may familiarise themselves with the site on their own initiative. The contractor accepts the area as it is at the time the contract is concluded.
