TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Permanent Electoral Authority—so as to fulfil the general objective set by the Parliament of Romania through Law no. 208/2015 on the election of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, as well as for the organization and functioning of the Permanent Electoral Authority, “to ensure the organization and conduct of elections and referendums, as well as the financing of political parties, with observance of the Constitution, the law and the international and European standards in the field”— intends to obtain, through the procurement of maintenance services and IT&C products, the following benefits: •Maintaining and improving the operational facilities of the information system necessary for electoral processes in terms of functional performance and information security •Ongoing adaptation of the information system’s functionalities to trends and regulatory requirements in the electoral field •Ensuring cybersecurity and infrastructure resilience, protecting databases and communication networks against unauthorized access The Permanent Electoral Authority—so as to fulfil the general objective set by the Parliament of Romania through Law no. 208/2015 on the election of the Senate…
