TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is the delivery of engines for Mercedes Intouro buses. The contractor must provide a buy-back option for defective units, which reduces the price of the new ones if the defective units are fit to be returned. The quantities of engines specified in the Technical Specification are indicative, and the Contracting Authority reserves the right to order only one of the proposed variants for each of the specified chassis, as well as not to order units with a buy-back option in cases where the defective units are not fit to be returned or are not available. All activities, as well as the full description of the requirements for them, are detailed in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), which is an integral part of the public procurement documentation.
