TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of cured meat, canned and prepared meat products. A detailed description of the subject of procurement is provided in the Form of Bill of Quantities (Troškovnik) and the Technical Specifications (Tehničke specifikacije), which are an integral part of this procurement documentation and are provided in Excel format. The specification of the subject of procurement is defined by the Bill of Quantities and the Technical Specifications. The offered goods must, in terms of quality and health safety, comply with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia (RH). Quality must be in accordance with the applicable quality rules and regulations for the relevant goods, and in accordance with the Food Act (NN 18/2023) and the Food Hygiene Act and microbiological criteria for food (NN 83/2022), and with other legislative and sub-legislative acts that regulate food safety, hygiene and quality.
