1. Tender subject matter and key details 1.1 Tender subject matter The subject matter of the tender is the award of metering services for the building portfolio of WOGEWA Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Waren mbH. The services to be tendered include in particular the provision and management of the metering infrastructure, the replacement and installation of metering equipment, the radio remote monitoring of the installed devices, the performance of the heating and water cost allocation including consumption information during the year, and the digital exchange of data with the contracting authority’s ERP system. Based on current data, 3,406 users require new metering devices. The ERP system used by the contracting authority is “Dr. Klein Wowiport”. The contracting authority considers a seamless digital exchange of data with this system important in order to enable as fully integrated an invoicing/cost allocation as possible.
