1. Scope of the tender and key details 1.1 Scope of the tender The subject matter of the invitation to tender is the award of metering services for the building stock of WOGEWA Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Waren mbH. The services to be tendered include, in particular, the provision and operation of the metering infrastructure, the replacement and installation of metering equipment, the radio remote monitoring of the installed devices, the preparation of heating and water cost statements including consumption information during the year, and the digital exchange of data with the contracting authority’s ERP system. Based on the latest available data, 3,406 users require new metering devices. The ERP system used by the contracting authority is “Dr. Klein Wowiport”. The contracting authority considers a smooth digital exchange of data with this system important in order to enable billing that is as fully integrated as possible.
