TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services are provided as required by ASMV customers and by ASMV itself. In contrast to restaurants, event-related catering not only satisfies basic needs such as hunger and thirst, but also supports a cultural need for communication and experience, and it gives guests a feeling of warmth and of being made welcome. Accordingly, catering covers a broad range of services, from the professional preparation, serving, and provision of food and drinks to the temporary setup of a catering business according to customer requirements. The catering is always event-related (internal/external) and must be designed, planned, and carried out in coordination with ASMV. This means that the catering services are, at all times, and if requested by ASMV and/or the guest event organizer, can also be adapted at short notice to the event-specific circumstances and the respective audience (consumer trade fair, business conference, shareholders’ meeting, etc.). In particular, attention must be paid to the variety and type of food (dishes with a higher or medium cost of goods) as well as the differentiated range of drinks.
