TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority wishes to present itself at trade fairs and events in a consistent and modern manner. In recent years, various trade fair elements have already been procured for this purpose via the company Nomadic Displays GmbH, which, for reasons of cost-effectiveness and sustainability, are to continue to be used. The subject matter of the service to be provided is therefore:  the maintenance of the already existing and, if applicable, newly procured (replacement) elements  repair services  re-procurement of the existing defective elements  further development of the trade fair portfolio  trade fair build service  revision of existing elements (e.g. printing and installation of new textile backdrops)  the rental of additional items and promotional devices  the service of a trade fair full-service for trade fair and event marketing  the relocation of the trade fair elements already acquired from the previous storage location (Rhein-Main area) to the new storage location  the storage of all (already existing and, if applicable, newly procured) trade fair elements  the provision of an online tool for booking and/or order processing for the contracting…
