TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority would like to present itself uniformly and in a modern manner at trade fairs and events. In recent years, for this purpose, various trade fair elements have already been procured via the company Nomadic Displays GmbH, which, for reasons of cost-effectiveness and sustainability, are to continue to be used. The subject of the service to be provided is therefore:  maintenance of the already available and, if necessary, newly procured (replacement) elements  repair services  re-procurement of the existing defective elements  further development of the trade fair portfolio  trade fair build service  revision of existing elements (e.g. printing and assembly of new textile runners)  the rental of additional items and promotional/activation equipment  the service of a trade fair full-service provider for trade fair and event marketing  transshipment/moving of the already procured trade fair elements from the previous warehouse (Rhein-Main region) to the new warehouse  storage of all (already available and, if necessary, newly procured) trade fair elements  provision of an online tool for booking/order processing by the contracting authority’s…
