TENDER DESCRIPTION

For spatially precise 3D deformation analyses with the highest possible level of detail resolution, the camera systems to be used (hereinafter also referred to as 3D measurement sensors) must enable an image resolution of at least 24 megapixels. For use in deformation and temperature analysis of cyclically stressed samples, the measurement system must furthermore allow an image rate of at least 100 frames per second (at full image resolution). The interfaces between cameras and measurement computers must therefore have high data transfer rates (at least 10 GigE connection between camera and measurement computer). For multi-scale component analyses, the measurement system must be very flexibly configurable so that measurement field sizes can be realized per measurement sensor, with dimensions ranging between 20 mm and 5,000 mm in width and/or height.
