TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Espoo’s Premises Services Corporation (hereinafter the Contracting Authority) requests bids for the construction of the Mestaritunnel field at Ruutikatu 11 as a turnkey contract. A more detailed description of the procurement is provided in the commercial and technical documents attached to the request for tenders. SITE VISIT: The tenderer must familiarise itself with the site independently before submitting its tender. Site address: Ruutikatu 11, 02650 Espoo. On the basis of the competition, the Contracting Authority will select one supplier. The preliminary contract period is 5.4.2027 – 20.12.2027. The contract type is turnkey. All work presented in the request for tender documents is included in the turnkey contract. The selected Supplier acts as the main contractor for the project and as the principal implementer in accordance with Government Decree on safety in construction work (2009/205). The Contracting Authority is not committed to the procurement quantities stated.
