TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract works to be awarded include all metal construction works in the exterior areas on the existing buildings and for the new construction, including the necessary dismantling work in connection with modified openings as well as the required replacement of components in connection with noise protection and fire protection requirements in Hall 2. The work scaffolding and protective scaffolding required for the metal construction works outside the building shall be provided by the client, unless these are expressly mentioned separately in the item. Areas for temporarily setting up the site facilities as well as for use as an intermediate storage area for incoming materials are available in accordance with the site facilities plan. Water, power and waste water connections are provided through the separate award of the central site facilities.
