TENDER DESCRIPTION
The works to be tendered include all metal construction work in the exterior areas on the existing building and for the new build, including the required demolition work in connection with modified openings, as well as the required replacement of components in connection with sound insulation and fire protection requirements in Hall 2. The work and protective scaffolding required for the metal construction work outside the building will be provided by the client, unless these are separately specified in the item. Areas for the temporary setup of the construction site facilities as well as for use as an interim storage space for materials arising will be available in accordance with the construction site facilities plan. Water, power and wastewater connections will be provided through the separate award of the central construction site facilities.
