TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the premises of the Naval NCO School in Plön, the construction of two new accommodation buildings is planned, Building 47 and Building 54. These will be erected on two separate construction sites that are not connected to each other on the property. Access will be via the main gate of the barracks. The areas are connected to the road network by means of the paved roads within the site. The new construction of accommodation building 47 is to be carried out on a former forest area on the south-eastern boundary of the site. The plot will be connected, as part of the construction project, to the existing infrastructure of the property. The construction area comprises approx. 5,860 m². The new construction of accommodation building 54 is planned on the area between buildings 53 and the RÜH (rescue training hall). The plot is connected to the existing infrastructure of the property. The construction area comprises approx. 2,400 m². The four-storey buildings with a total external dimension of 57.70 m x 14.16 m are provided with a saddle roof inclined at 43° and will be accessed along the long side via two stairwells.
