TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the site of the Marine Non-Commissioned Officer School in Plön, the construction of two new accommodation buildings is planned: Building 47 and Building 54. These will be erected on two separate construction sites (building plots) which are not connected to one another within the property. Access is via the main gate of the barracks. The areas are provided with traffic access via the paved road areas within the site. The new construction of accommodation building 47 is to be carried out on a former forest area at the south-eastern boundary of the site. In the context of the construction project, the plot of land will be connected to the existing infrastructure of the property. The construction plot covers approximately 5,860 m². The new construction of accommodation building 54 is planned on the area between Buildings 53 and the RÜH (rescue training hall). The plot of land is connected to the existing infrastructure of the property. The construction plot covers approximately 2,400 m². The four-storey buildings with an overall dimension of 57.70 m x 14.16 m are provided with a saddle roof inclined at 43° and are accessed along the long side via two stairwell areas. The eaves…
