TENDER DESCRIPTION
The city of Seelze is expanding and converting the Bertolt-Brecht Comprehensive School in Seelze. There is an extension as a new building, consisting of a 4-storey building (Component A). In the building sections B, C, D, E, conversion measures are being carried out, as well as in Component H, a former kiosk building. The existing sports hall, Component F, will receive an extension (1-field sports hall). The first construction phase (1st phase) includes the new building of Component A, as well as the conversion measures of Components B and H and has already been completed. In the 2nd construction phase, the conversion measures in Component C, as well as the new construction of the 1-field sports hall (Component F) are planned. This specification includes the necessary metal construction work - windows and doors. Please refer to the tender documents for all other information.
