TENDER DESCRIPTION
The city of Seelze is extending and converting the Bertolt-Brecht Comprehensive School in Seelze. There is an extension building as a new construction, consisting of a 4-storey building (Component A). Renovation measures are being carried out in the building sections B, C, D, E, as well as in Component H, a former kiosk building. The existing sports hall, Component F, will receive an annex (1-field sports hall). The 1st construction phase (1st CP) includes the new construction of Component A, as well as the renovation measures of Components B and H and is already completed. The 2nd construction phase includes the renovation measures in Component C, as well as the new construction of the 1-field sports hall (Component F). This specification includes the metal construction work required for this - windows and doors. Please refer to the tender documents for all other information.
