TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the Herschelschule Hannover, the existing building will be extended and renovated. The existing-building renovation (FuR) includes several smaller new extensions to the existing building, alterations within the existing building, a fire-safety upgrade, a sanitary core renovation, a suspended ceiling renovation, and a barrier-free extension. Tendered scope of work: High-thermal-insulation post-and-frame aluminium façades with timber-aluminium inset windows approx. 190 m2; thermally insulated aluminium windows approx. 20 units; roller shutter systems with control; high-thermal-insulation exterior steel doors approx. 4 units; thermally insulated exterior steel doors with top and side panels approx. 16 units; interior steel doors with top and side panels approx. 14 units; interior steel doors for smoke protection and fire protection with top and side panels approx. 31 units; fittings for all doors with OTS, FSA, drives, and film coverings; dismantling of existing steel door elements approx. 11 units; locksmith’s constructions for functional door connections in the existing building approx. 26 units; maintenance work for 4 years.
