TENDER DESCRIPTION

The authority for justice and consumer protection intends to clear a portion of the current site of JVA Fuhlsbüttel that is no longer required for imprisonment purposes. To this end, it is planned to relocate the operational units of the facility located on the partial area to the area that will continue to be used by realizing two new buildings. Due to the clearing of the partial area, the current supply infrastructure of JVA Fuhlsbüttel and the wayfinding routes on the facility premises must be adapted. In addition, in order to delineate the remaining facility area from the partial area to be cleared, the external security of JVA Fuhlsbüttel must also be planned in parts anew and moved. For this purpose, some existing buildings of the facility must be demolished fully or in parts. At the location of JVA Fuhlsbüttel, two replacement new buildings are to be constructed: a training building (A), centrally located on the JVA site, and a garage and administration building (B) with connection to an existing gatehouse.
