TENDER DESCRIPTION

The authority for justice and consumer protection intends to release for other use a portion of the current site of JVA Fuhlsbüttel that is no longer required for the execution of custodial sentences. For this purpose, it is planned to relocate the facility’s functional units located on the portion of land to be released to the area that will continue to be used by realizing two new buildings. Due to the release of the portion of land, the current supply structure of JVA Fuhlsbüttel as well as the route guidance on the facility site must be adapted. In addition, for the purpose of delimiting the remaining facility area from the portion of land to be released, the external security of JVA Fuhlsbüttel must be planned anew in parts and relocated. For this purpose, some existing buildings of the facility must be demolished completely or in parts. At the location of JVA Fuhlsbüttel, two replacement new buildings are to be constructed: an education/training building (A), centrally on the JVA site, and a garage and administration building (B) with a connection to an existing gate/entrance.
