TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract takes the form of a single-award framework agreement with a minimum and a maximum amount. Services included in the minimum amount of the framework agreement notably include: • Installation, management and evacuation of construction site enclosures • Assistance to work trains • Preparation and execution study • Securing of the work zone by work front • Cleaning and drying of the track platform during the preparatory phase • Protection of platform facades at Saint-Lazare • Removal of 3 Cross-Connected Turnouts • Laying of resin-bonded track (Saint-Lazare and Olympiades) • Installation of a simple Tangent 0.13 turnout with right deviation (Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand) • As-Built Documentation (DOE) Services included in the maximum amount of the framework agreement notably include: • Services included in the minimum amount • Similar services to the subject matter of the contract up to 10% of the minimum contract amount • Additional assistance to work trains • Additional securing of the work zone by extra work front • Creation of a temporary non-bridgeable cut during night • Removal of a temporary non-bridgeable cut during night • Additional rail and guide bar…
