TENDER DESCRIPTION

Repair of seats of Metro, MFAV and PFT vehicles under a framework contract for contracting (service procurement). Total quantity (planned): 3,336 pcs/24 months Descriptions of the individual repair tasks are included in the Price Schedule, and detailed technical requirements are included in the Technical Description. During the repair of the seats, their original technical parameters must be restored. The contracting authority draws attention to the provisions of Section 46(3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.). The contracting authority undertakes to issue orders with a total value amounting to 70% of the framework amount recorded in the framework contract. The contracting authority specifies that, in the case of seats, seat cushions and backrests, the fabric, foam and polyurethane foam materials used for the repair must meet the requirements of standard MSZ EN 45545-2 “Railway applications. Fire protection on railway vehicles. Fire behaviour of materials and components” or requirements of an equivalent standard.
