TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the supply of office supplies, the list of which with the required parameters is set out in Annex No. 3 to the tender documents (ZD). In this Annex, the contracting authority states, in view of its existing experience, the anticipated quantity of office supplies during the following 48 months. This public supply contract is awarded in accordance with the central procurement of the State and with the decision of the Minister of Agriculture of the Czech Republic dated 30. 06. 2020 on joint procurement, departmental joint procurement, central procurement of the State and inter-ministerial joint procurement, in an open procedure pursuant to Section 56 of the ZZVZ. The central contracting authority awards the public contract for itself and for other contracting authorities (hereinafter “authorised contracting authorities”) pursuant to Section 9(1)(b) of the ZZVZ on the basis of the “Contract on Centralised Awarding”. In the subsequent performance of this public contract, the central contracting authority will act in the same position as the other authorised contracting authorities.
