Subject matter and scope of the contract The scope of performance of this invitation to tender includes in particular the following services: - Project management, administration, coordination and meetings with the contracting authority - Notification and coordination of installation dates; general advance information for the public is provided in advance by MFE - Meter handling and logistics under the responsibility of the contractor starting from the central dispatch point in Flums for Lots 1 and 2 and in Murg for Lot 3 - 1:1 replacement of directly measuring meters; only one meter may be replaced at a time and the replacement must be fully completed in a single work step - Installation and commissioning of additional communication modules released by MFE following consultation with the MFE project management - Complete documentation of the installation process by the installer on a tablet via the web-based application defined by MFE - Dismantling and return of the old equipment in accordance with MFE specifications; customer-side replacement controls for boilers and other consumers are not part of the contract award - Site documentation of the HAK and HV and – if Option 1 is…
