TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Medical School Hannover (MHH) is the largest healthcare provider facility in Lower Saxony with 1,520 beds, approx. 60,000 in-patient cases, approx. 3,500 day-patient cases, approx. 433,000 out-patient contacts and approx. 10,000 employees. The state of Lower Saxony, represented by the Ministry of Science and Culture (MWK), has decided to have a replacement new build for the external site of the Institute of Legal Medicine of the Medical School Hannover (MHH) constructed on the new medical campus of the University of Oldenburg at Pophankeweg in Oldenburg. The external site of the Institute of Legal Medicine of the MHH in Oldenburg is responsible for the basic provision of forensic/legal medical services for western Lower Saxony, from Osnabrück to Emden and Bremen. To implement the project, as part of this procurement procedure the MHH is seeking a specialist planner for the scope of services for external facilities. The other specialist planning services required (structural engineering design, building design, etc.) will be advertised in separately published procurement procedures.
