TENDER DESCRIPTION

Hannover Medical School (MHH), with 1,520 beds, approximately 60,000 inpatient, approximately 3,500 day-patient and approximately 433,000 outpatient patient contacts and approximately 10,000 employees, is the largest medical care facility in Lower Saxony. The State of Lower Saxony, represented by the Ministry for Science and Culture (MWK), has decided to commission the construction of a replacement building for the annex of the Forensic Medicine department of Hannover Medical School (MHH) on the new medical campus of the University of Oldenburg at Pophankeweg in Oldenburg. The annex of the Institute of Forensic Medicine of MHH in Oldenburg is responsible for basic forensic medical care in western Lower Saxony, from Osnabrück to Emden and Bremen. To implement the project, MHH is seeking, as part of this procurement procedure, a specialist planner for the technical building equipment HLSK (plant groups 1, 2, 3 and 7, 8).
