TENDER DESCRIPTION

With 1,520 beds, approximately 60,000 inpatient patient contacts, approximately 3,500 day-care patient contacts and approximately 433,000 outpatient patient contacts, and approximately 10,000 employees, the Medical School Hannover (MHH) is the largest healthcare provider in Lower Saxony. The State of Lower Saxony, represented by the Ministry for Science and Culture (MWK), has decided to have a replacement construction built for the annex of the Legal Medicine department of the Medical School Hannover (MHH) on the new Medical Campus of the University of Oldenburg at Pophankeweg in Oldenburg. The annex of the Institute of Legal Medicine of the MHH in Oldenburg is responsible for basic legal-medical care for western Lower Saxony, from Osnabrück to Emden and Bremen. To implement the project, HOAI services for structural engineering planning in accordance with the specific performance obligations and for building physics will be awarded as part of this procurement procedure.
