TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Hannover Medical School (MHH) is the largest healthcare provider in Lower Saxony with 1,520 beds, approx. 60,000 inpatient patient contacts, approx. 3,500 day-patient contacts, and approx. 433,000 outpatient contacts, as well as approx. 10,000 employees. The State of Lower Saxony, represented by the Ministry of Science and Culture (MWK), has decided to commission the construction of a replacement building for the external site of the Institute of Legal Medicine of the Hannover Medical School (MHH) on the new medical campus of the University of Oldenburg at Pophankeweg in Oldenburg. The external site of the Institute of Legal Medicine of the MHH in Oldenburg is responsible for basic legal-medical care for western Lower Saxony, from Osnabrück to Emden and Bremen. To implement the project, within the scope of this procurement procedure HOAI services for structural engineering planning in accordance with the specific scope of services and for building physics will be awarded.
